Baby rashes

Any recommendation for healing of my baby's rashes? He has that for 3 days already.. is it normal?he is 3 weeks old

thank you po sa mga advice momshies.. nawala na po yung rashes ni baby.. nakatulong po yung mga advice nyo ng marami
