Baby rashes

Any recommendation for healing of my baby's rashes? He has that for 3 days already.. is it normal?he is 3 weeks old

Normal po yan for newborn babies, nag-aadjust sila and skin nila sa outside world, make sure to sure gentle wash,and use cotton clothes and blankets,malaking factor din kasi yun sa baby
