9 month old baby

hi any recipes you can share for a 9 month old baby? Do I need to puree the food pa ba or no na? i was told pwede na magbigay ng bread, what brand can you recommend? as well as sa cheese din?

any bread is fine, any cheese as long as it's pasteurized is safe also. you don't need to puree food. you can give normal food na nga e. start with soups like nilaga, just make sure the meat is super tender and shredded. you can also give steamed veggies. make the pieces big (as big as your finger) to prevent risk of choking.
