Is it really okay po to store breastmilk? Up to how many hours is the safest if stored outside refrigerator, and how to properly store it?

pano po kapag 2 hours nasa room temp po sya bago nilagay sa refirgerator. okay to consume pa rin po ba within 24hrs un?
