Question po, yung ogtt po ba na pinapainom mauuna yun bago itest yung sugar ko or pag mataas lang sugar ko saka ko papainumin nun? Thanks

Dun po malalaman sa ogtt kung mataas ba or mababa or normal lang ba ang sugar mo.
