OGTT SUGAR TEST
Mataas po ba masyado ung sugar ko?
Hindi naman super taas pero lumagpas ng onti yung after 1hr and 2hrs sa normal. Usually kasi 140 ata yung after 1 hr tas 120 yung after 2 hrs. Depende kay Ob kung ano ipagawa nya sayo pero tingin ko kaya naman yan ma manage with diet and portion control sa food. Hindi naman kasi super taas. Yung mga umaabot ng 200 ang mataas na e. Hehe!
Magbasa paHiii not that quite. May mas mataas pa po compared sa result niyo. Maybe less sugar muna sa diet and more fiber plus protein ☺️ talk to your OB also para mabigyan ka niya ng healthy diet tips God bless
