Sadly, no. I have insomnia and I had to stop taking sleeping pills. You can try drinking tea (chamomile) para marelax ka, or hot milk. Also, there's this drink called "good night" sa 7-eleven and mini stop. Natural ingredients nun and effective to help you sleep but I don't know if it's okay to drink sa mga pregnant. Most probably oo, but try to ask your OB first. :) Kahit naman umaga ka na matulog sis, okay lang yun basta maka-8 hrs ka pa rin. :)
