Yes, advisable naman po mag walking exercise for pregnant women. If d po kayo sanay sa walking before kayo nabuntis, take extra precaution lang lalo na buntis kayo kasi may added weight yung katawan nyo ngayon which can make you "unstable" sa paglalakad than nung d kayo buntis.
