iron po is b4 meal for proper absorption then more tubig ka po... then calcium supplements po after meal pwede mo sya isabay wid obimin plus if prescribed din po sau.

Big no. Hindi maganda pag sabayin ang iron at calcium sabi ng ob ko. Kaya tnetake ko ng lunch at dinner since hindi naman ako nag breakfast.
It's a no kasi ma kokontra daw ni calcium si folic as per my ob 3 hrs apart ang inom nun.
