Pwde po ba gamitin ko yung sa Philhealth ng ibang tao? Need ko pa po bang magpalagay ng Dependent sa kanya? Hindi po kasi kami kasal.

kailangan kasal po :) once naman po na nag enroll kayo kay pag ibig iniindicate nyo po dun who will be your dependents, if it's your partner you must be legally married po :)
