Pump about 40ml in total in the morning and at night now. I am ready to stop already, about 9 months pp. do I still have to continue pumping till I don't get anything out? Or I can stop now totally already?

you can slow down the number of pumps or you can just pump when you are engorge. dropping pump totally now may cause engorgement. Pump abit to relief pressure. Soon your supply will stop
