Pubic bone pain during pregnancy, does wearing a binder help?

I wouldn't wear anything that would be constricting for the baby. The pain is due to the hormone called relaxin that is loosening the pelvis, preparing it for childbirth. Just rest, sit, and lie down whenever you can.
