as prescribe by your OBs or Midwives, what is the best time to take multivitamins, calcium and ferrous?

Multivitamins - Once a day. Best to take is after lunch. Calcium - Twice a day. Best to take is morning and evening. Ferrous - Once or twice a day depende po kung mataas or mababa yung dugo mo.
