Hi pregnant mummies! Anyone else has pee leakage when coughing, throwing out phlegm or having morning sickness? It’s been happening to me for a while now, since I started getting sick from the influenza. I’m in my 2nd trimester.
Yeah it’s normal. Pee will always leak at the slightest cough, sneeze or vomiting. End of first trimester through my second trimester I had to always have a pair of spare undies in my bag or wear panty liner / pad in case accidents happen. 😮💨🥹
yes it’s totally normal. when i was coughing so badly, i wore overnight diapers from kotex almost everyday till i recovered bcos pantyliner was not helping much

Yup it's not fun but I pee for anything now. Need to always have extra undies and plastic bags for puking all day

It’s normal! It still happens to me sometimes after giving birth.
