Was told better not to press on the soles of feet as there's acupuncture points there that's connected to all of our organs. If you tell the masseurs in advance, maybe they'll focus on the calves' muscle instead :)

Yes still can but look for reliable one and remember to inform them about the pregnancy so that they can avoid certain spots to massage.

Some shops do. You can try asking the foot reflexology shop. The therapist can avoid certain areas and use less strength.

Yes just inform the person they will know what to do. I went for quite a number of leg massage.

Don't recommend to have any other form of massages except pre and post natal massages

I would choose to avoid. Not sure how the pressure points would affect.
