Rates now are higher because of the pandemic, PPE charges and additional testings are included in the bill of the patient. I gave birth at CTK last 2019 pre-pandemic, it was around 80K (exclusive of Philhealth). Also, rate varies per type of room. I think it now ranges from 120-200K. Better check with your OB.
