Natural miscarriage

Is it possible to have natural miscarriage without eating medication and D&C? My sac empty at 25mm

Any advice from doctor? Usually doctor will ask you whether do you want to wait for natural or manage by medication or surgery. I was explained all the options by dr as I m at high risk. She will advice me once it is confirmed missed miscarriage.
