Protein in Urine

hello poh. I just had my urinalysis tapo may +2 Protein sa result.. sino poh nka try ng gantu? what did you do poh pra mkwala? 35 weeks pregnant here.. worried lng poh.. next week pa kasi prenatal coh for the doctor to read the results kaya ng.ask poh aku dito if there are any remedies to get rid of this.. thanks poh.
