8weeks with no heartbeat

hi po just wanna ask im 11weeks accdg to this app. but in my ultrasound im 8 weeks pregnant but no heartbeat yet and accdg to doc. my yoc sac is growing too slow.. he also added d daw nya madetect if dalawang cyst ang bilog or baka daw twin ang baby ko... is it normal po? kinda worried specially no heartbeat pa sya.. thank you

paulit mo po ultrasound mo sa iba, sa mas magandang hospital. ako po 7wks, lakas na ng heart beat 152bts per minute.
