Preterm labor and Highblood at 34 weeks

Hi po any suggestion to lower my blood pressure..last check up ko kse nag 1cm na ko and taas ng blood pressure ko nag 160/something. Nireseta sken duvadilan and heragest ska yung methyldopa for hypertension. Natatakot tuloy ako magpacheck ulet bka HB nanaman ako ? Thanks s sasagot☺️

naisip ko din po yun kaso kse mnsan highblood paren ako kahit may maintenance na ko na gamot for hypertension di ko na lam pano mamaintain na normal lang ang bp.
