Ung result ko last month meron din isang above normal advice ng ob bawal sa sweets at prutas then ulit uli ng test this month. Nagbawas lng ako ng rice pero minsan may matamis ndi ko mapigilan e.

35weeks napo ako ngyon. unti nalang titiisin ko. kayanin ko po wla na sugar intake huhuhu. ang hirap talaga ksi pigilan lalo't crave ung iba. thankyou po! 🙏
