nope. iwasan ang pagpahid sa tyan. small frequent meals wag yung biglaang isahang kain. lots of water. galaw galaw, mga light exercise. walking is a great help. balanced diet din dapat.
bloated normal naman siya. drink lots of water. im not sure if pwede efficascent, but i wouldnt advise you na gumamit. hanap ka ng mas safer pa, ask si OBGyne.
