Not recommended po for pregnant yan. may hormones na nag release during pregnancy and kahit ano po inum nyan is mag kontra lng sa hormones. plus pre natal vitamins lang dapat ang take ng preggy moms if walang complications. If you still want to take it then maybe ask permission to your ob kung papayagan ka po.
