Hi po is it necessary po ba talaga na bilhin yung mga Baby Detergent? or kahit Ariel is ok for baby cloth po? salmat po

No, it's not necessary. You can use any liquid detergent basta mild lang. Pero still it depends if hindi ganon kasensitive si baby niyo po. We are using surf liquid detergent sa clothes ni baby.
