Mag-oatmeal ka po mommy. Tapos samahan mo ng fresh fruits. Or 2 hard boiled eggs and milk, para hindi ka manghina 😊
Ganyan din ako nung 1st trimester .. Binawi ko nalang sa pagkain ng fruits like apple, orange, lemon at banana .. 😂
