Ganyan din na fe feel ko for my pregnancy now kasi CS ako sa pang 3rd nato and trauma ako last time sa 2nd CS ko, tapos nasundan ko agad 2nd baby ko which is parang pagod pa ako, Nagkaka anxiety ako kinakabahan bigla na parang manginginig, But I always Talk to my husband about my feelings and Pray to God, Talk to God and hold on sa Bible verse nato. Unti unti nang nawawala yong Mga iniisip kung takot. Pray Lang po tayo Mommy, Mahal tayo ni Lord๐Ÿ™ โ€œ'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. always pray. enjoy your pregnancy. ako naman, i was diagnosed with anxiety disorder nung hindi pako buntis, with medication pa. pero when i got pregnant, wala akong anxiety. i enjoyed my pregnancy.

Same sis pero laban lang. Pray ka lang at also seek help sa partner, friends and family.
