Maternity Notification

Hi po mga mommy. 1st time mom here. Ask ko lang po kung matagal po ba talaga ma-approved ang "Maternity Notification?" Kasi Oct. 4, 2022 pa po ako nag file but until now di pa din po approved. 😔
