Hello po mga mommies! Sino po nagka GDM sa inyo? Ilang beses nyo minomonitor sugar level niyo per day? Is it before and after meal lang? Thanks.

Me. 🙋🏻♀️ I had GDM for both of my pregnancies. Initially after the OGTT, yung first appointment with the endo, 3x a day yung testing but only for two weeks yun. I-oobserve kasi kung kailangan mo ba ng insulin or hindi. Luckily, di ko naman kinailangan so diet lang talaga inadvise saakin. During that time once a day nalang ako nag ttest.

me sis.. nag iinsulin ako 12 units kc my times nagsspike sugar ko pero ok n ngayon ..once a day nlng ako pinagmomonitor ng endo ko
