Hi po Mga Mommies! Im Already on My 18 Wks And Concern Ko Talga Ung body weight ko since before ako magbuntis overweight na talga ako. Hindi lang talga mapigilan kumain lalo na nung first trimester ko. Nag piprenatal exercise din ba kayo to maintain an average weight while pregnant and anong klaseng exercise? Thanks a lot mommies! :)
