Hello po mga mommies ask ko lang po sana if may side effect po ba kay baby ang pagtake ng folic at calciumade araw araw? Salamat po sa sasagot #First_Baby

folic acid should be taken po even before conception up until 12 weeks. one you found pregnant, OB's or even midwives would recommend you to take them, for baby's crucial development po. calciumade is recommended to be taken during 2nd trimester. other calcium brands po ay okay. pero calciumade po tinitake ko, dahil yun po nirecommend ng OB ko
