I never stopped walking since I got pregnant. 30 mins in the morning. Sometimes, another 15-20 mins in the evening. Sabi ng OB ko very good daw yun. So far, my health status is looking very well. Kahit edema wala :)

I’m currently 33 weeks mi, lakad lakad lang po ginagawa ko sa morning or hapon at least 15-20mins para po naeexercise buong katawan ko
