nag cacramps ang legs ko kapag nagstretch ako every morning during 3rd trimester. kaya hindi na lang ako magstretch dahil masakit. nawawala naman after and the whole day. kaso uulit the next morning kapag nagstretch. nawala sia after giving birth.
Pwedeng due to pinched nerves dahil sa pressure ng uterus po, pwedeng sa hormones… elevate and stretch mo lang po whenever you can. Also hydration, kasi pag kulang sa water mas nakakapagcause po ng cramps. 🥰
