Water therapy and buko juice everyday!! Kahit na you feel bloated with all the liquids and you have to pee every hour, that's fine. The bacteria needs to be flushed out of your body. Goodluck!!

Also less salt. Chips, bagoong etc etc. And make sure to eat fruits lagi. Make it a habit
