Body workout after pregnancy
Hello po mga mami, kelan po kaya pwede magworkout after manganak? Normal delivery po ako and 3week old pa lang si LO. Thanks po.

After a month i think mommy since normal delivery ka nman. Pero wag mo biglain yung katawan mo kasi baka mabinat ka. You can go light exercise lang muna po.

As long as fully recovered kana mommy at kaya na nang katawan mo.
