LO's Wet Stool

Hello po mga ka-momshie! Ask ko lang po meron na po ba kayong encounter like this of mine po when it comes to your LO's stool? Ganito po kasi ang stool ng baby ko po which is from pure formula feed po sya (wala po kasi akong milk due to my kapayatan) S26 po ang kanyang milk.. I already asked the Pedia po about this kaya lang binibigyan nya po ako ng reseta ng gamot para po doon. any tips po for this matter? Thank you po!
