Vitamins - tips / advice

Hello po. I'm currently 8-9 weeks pregnant. Niresetahan po ako ng OB ko ng vitamins. Hingi lang po sana ako ng tips on when is the best TIME to take certain vitamins based on your experience? And why? Like for example dapat morning kasi nakakaenergize or nakakagutom, or gabi kasi nakakaantok.. etc. Eto po yung vitamins.. 1. Obimin Plus - multivitamin sya 2. Sorbifer - iron supplement 3. Calciumade - calcium & vit. D supplement 4. Fish Oil - for brain development (medyo confused ako kung need ko ba talaga itake pa itong Fish oil kasi sa contents ng Obimin Plus meron na rin syang content na fish oil or omega 3 500mg) Kayo po? I think sa timing if morning or evening nkadepende sa maffeeel mong effect sis, ung iba kasi nkkafwel sila ng hilo o antok kaya gabi nagte take. So i observe mo ang reaction mo sis. Sa ferrous(iron) naman better take it with vitamin c kasi mas maaabsorb ang iron kapag taken with vit c(supplements or citrus juices) and mas maganda if empty stomach mas naaabsorb po kasi pero pag di kya pwede nadin after meals then with vit c Then ang calcium wag isabay or itake separately sa iron kasi contraindicated sila, ma lessen ang absorption.

Obimin Plus at calcium after breakfast. Lunch ferrous sulfate with folic acid. Wag mo isabay ung iron supplement sa calcium at multivitamins. Kasi maapektuhan absorption. After dinner calcium uli kasi 2x a day ako calcium. Hinde na ako nag fishoil kasi meron naman na sa Obimin Plus. Pasok naman cia sa daily requirement sa preggy. Tsaka nag maternal milk pa ako meron din DHA. Aspirin sa gabi before matulog. Tapos Duvadilan at Duphaston 3x a day. Hays. Dami gamot. Hahaha 😂 Minsan nakakalimutan ko na nga if nainom ko na.

eto mga vitamins ko mommy obimin+ after breakfast calciumade after lunch iberet-folic/hemarate after dinner may fish oil din sa reseta ko pero i di ko tinake kasi nabasa ko sa obimin may ksma na syang fish oil. pero ako lang to haaa. ask ur ob pa din :)

multivitamins -breaskfast with meal iron - lunch, with meal calcium and vit D - dinner , with meal fish oil , not sure paki ask na lang po si may DHA na po kasi ung obimin siguro wag mo na lang isabay sa obimin

I asked my OB about the best time to take vitamins,ang sabi nya is anytime. So depends sayo. Pero for me,I take the Obimin+ b4 sleeping kasi mjo nakakasuka dhl maxadong malaki.

lahat pwede after breakfast bigay ka lang interval mga tig 10 minutes maliban sa sorbifer na pwede mo itake sa lunch..bawal kse pgsabyin ang calcium at ferrous 🙂

Hindi po ba safe na pag sabay sabayin ang pag take ng vitamins? Sabay sabay ko kasing iniinom yung sakin.

Bali folic calcium at multi vitamins po ung tinatake ko. Pwede po ba yun?

now na po pag pinatake kana ng ob mo kasi need yan ni baby ,para sa development niya sa loob

sakin din mi may obimin na may separate fish oil pa. ilan beses per day Ang fish oil mo mi?
