Vitamins - tips / advice

Hello po. I'm currently 8-9 weeks pregnant. Niresetahan po ako ng OB ko ng vitamins. Hingi lang po sana ako ng tips on when is the best TIME to take certain vitamins based on your experience? And why? Like for example dapat morning kasi nakakaenergize or nakakagutom, or gabi kasi nakakaantok.. etc. Eto po yung vitamins.. 1. Obimin Plus - multivitamin sya 2. Sorbifer - iron supplement 3. Calciumade - calcium & vit. D supplement 4. Fish Oil - for brain development (medyo confused ako kung need ko ba talaga itake pa itong Fish oil kasi sa contents ng Obimin Plus meron na rin syang content na fish oil or omega 3 500mg) Kayo po? I think sa timing if morning or evening nkadepende sa maffeeel mong effect sis, ung iba kasi nkkafwel sila ng hilo o antok kaya gabi nagte take. So i observe mo ang reaction mo sis. Sa ferrous(iron) naman better take it with vitamin c kasi mas maaabsorb ang iron kapag taken with vit c(supplements or citrus juices) and mas maganda if empty stomach mas naaabsorb po kasi pero pag di kya pwede nadin after meals then with vit c Then ang calcium wag isabay or itake separately sa iron kasi contraindicated sila, ma lessen ang absorption.
