Nausea
Hello po .. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and first baby ko po ito. Ask lang po if na experience nyo din po ba na sobrang umaasim ang sikmura at suka ng suka in a day mga 7-10x po. Madalas po ako sa gabi. Salamat sa mga answers in advance.

Hi sis, always drink plenty of water. Iwas ka sa acidic foods/fruits like oranges, maanghang etc. Don't eat too much, eat a little tapos around 2-3hrs. Kung di mo kaya mag rice you can eat oatmeals, biscuits, wheat/plain bread, fruits such as apple, banana, watermelon, nilagang patatas, kamote, carrots or kahit anong fruits na pupwede ilaga/steam. This will help you mawala yung pangangasim ng sikmura mo. :-) effective sa'kin sana sa'yo din.
