Suffering from an awful heartburn right now. Totoo yung small frequent meals tapos wag agad hihiga after kumain. Kapag may umakyat na acid, kain ka ng chewing gum. In my case, gingerbons ang binili ng asawa ko. Basta nangunguya para mag produce daw ng maraming saliva to push back the acids. Kung kaya mo, iwas sa acidic, maanghang at fatty foods

As per my OB drink milk and eat bread po mommy. Sobrang nakatulong sakin yan then small meals lang po muna di baleng mayat maya kumain basta small meals lang. Avoid citrus fruits also. Currently 6months preggy na ako and nakakain narin ko ng citrus fruits ng hindi nasusuka

Iwas sa soft drinks, coffee and citrus fruits.. More on water. Light meal and wag muna hihiga agad after kumain. Pag matulog ka,. elevate mo po yung part ng ulo mo, mag unan ka na mataas.

Mag warm water ka, instead na cold. Wag magpalipas ng gutom. At wag po masyado damihan kinakain lalo na sa gabi para d po mastress ang tummy nyo 🤗 wag rin humiga after kumain ☺

ako, matigas ulo ko.. i eat what i want. mas lalo na spicy food. this works.. 😉🤫

More water. Small frequent meals. Avoid lying down immediately after eating.

Same po sakin lalo sa gabi ganyan po ako and same 3mots din po sakin
