Prenatal supplements in 3rd trimester
Hello po, im 31weeks pregnant. Nagpacheck up ako sa Health Center ang bngy skn ay ascorbic acid at iron+folic acid... Sa OB ko nmn ang nireseta nia ay Obimin, calcitect at Iron B Complex.. Sa mga 3rd trimester n ktulad ko, anu ano po ang prenatal vits nio? Thanks
Vitamins & Minerals with DHA, Sodium Ascorbate, Multivitamins with Iron, Calcium Cholecalciferol yan nireseta sakin ng OB ko mula 2nd trimester hanggang sa manganak, yan na ang vits ko.
ako kung ano un prenatal vits ko nun 2nd tri, pinatuloy lang sakin until last tri. Molvite, Iron +Folic, Calcium and vit C.
multivitamins din, tapos ferrous sulfate with folic acid then nag te take ako calcium hindi kasi ako pala gatas talaga hehe
Simula 2nd trimester hanggang 3rd ang nireseta po sakin ay Ferrous, Calcium and Multivitamins po.
