me ?‍♀️ before my pregnancy i weight 90lbs den nung 1st trmester ko nglose ako ng 3lbs dhil lagi ko ngsusuka , to d point n ayaw ko n kumain dhil mindset ko isusuka ko dn nmn n sobra skit at hirap, pero syempre d pde un?kya tiis lng tlga momsh?after 1st trimester nmn ung half way ng p- 4mnths ko ok n sya kya bmlik n weight ko at ndgdgN n kc nrmdamn ko tumakaw ako n ang meal ko ay 5 times a day pro d nmn un lht heavy meal ?
