as soon as you know na you are pregnant, you can go to an OB for prenatal care para mabigyan ng prenatal supplement.

Ako july 31 nag take ng pt.. nalaman ko na positive ako then kinabukasan nag punta na agad ako sa ob. August 1.

As soon as may confirmed positive pregnancy test, pwede na po.
