Best diet daw po talaga Keto for those na trying magka baby. I think it helped me din na mabilis mabuntis since overweight ako and may history ng PCOS. Maybe it's too early pa para mag visit sa OB to confirm pero there's a big chance na preggy po kayo. Early congratulations! 🤗
1day delayed kapa lang po wait kapa po pag nag 1week na saka mopo ulitin PT mo kung delayed kna po wag kna po muna mag workout at diet hanggang dmo sure na negative ka mahirap napo baka buntis kna malaglag pa si baby sa workout mo 🙂
Hi po. Same experience po tayo, 6weeks ko na nalaman na buntis pala ako and nung time na yon nag eexercise din ako kase naka low carb. Matapos kung malaman na pregnant ako i stop working out balik lg ako mga 5mons just to be more safe.
There's a faint line that indicates nasa early weeks of pregnancy ka pa lang. Repeat PT ka na lang po after a week just to be sure. Stay away muna sa keto diets and work outs until maconfirm na you're really pregnant.
better po to consult an OB also mention your diet and workout routine...may pregnant women naman kasi na nakakapag workout pa rin since sanay naman ang katawan nila...like Iya Villana

siguro try again after a few days and hold off muna ang workout and diet until you confirm if preggy ka or not. 💙❤
