Bleeding after giving birth

Hello po, just gave birth last june 30 then nagstop bleeding ako around 3weeks na si baby, as in no bleeding na po pero may mga mucus nalabas, then bumalik sya the following week pero onti onti with mucus, then nagDO kami ni hubby last weekend, then after nun mejo lumakas bleeding ko nakakapuno ng pantyliner, until now po may bleeding pero mas lamang mucus na dugo nalabas, nagbbreastfeed and pump po ako, possible po ba na menstruation na yung lumalabas?
