Baby won't latch

Hi po FTM here, can i ask for advice po? Ayaw kasi ni baby mag latch sa breast ko kahit anong pilit namin nasanay kasi siya na dropper sa nursery nung nasa hospital pa kami kahit sa bottle hindi pa siya marunong mag suck...
