Red color on stool

Hi po. My baby is 1yr old and 1 month. Formula milk po, enfagrow 1-3. Just today kasi naka 4 times na sya magpupu. 1st two are normal then eto yung 3rd and 4th. Any thoughts po mga mommy?

    hi momshy. sorry very late rep. yes nag ok nmn sya. nagpalit ako ng milk. nan optipro 3. thank you😘😀🙂
