Hello po! Ask lng po I'm 32 weeks preggy.. And sabi ng ob ko magdiet na raw ako kc 2kilos na c baby pra d ako mhirapan. Pa help nmn po pra sa diet ko.. Sobrang sarap lumamon eh ?

Less carbs po.. Eto po diet na binigay sakin ng OB ko every meal. 25% Carbs 25% protein 50% Veggies(low carbs) Wag po mag Bread, noodles, pasta, pansit, sweets, cakes, sodas... Rice ko po ½ cup brown rice lang every meal..
