SSS & Philhealth dependents

hello po, ask lng. hnd pa kmi married ni partner. We had toddler and newborn. pag iffile po nmin anak namin as our dependents sa SSS and Philhealth, dpat po same po under samin noh? I mean, both kmi ang mgffile, hnd po isa lang samin? pls enlighten me po. Thank you!
