Hello po ask ko lang po kung okay lang po ba na hindi po ako palakain mashado ng gulay at prutas. Paminsan minsan lang po. Pero nag gagatas naman po ako. Okay lang po ba yun?

Hi Po, important talaga Ang gulay at prutas for digestion and other vitamins and nutrients na di nakukuha sa meat and dairy. Try to incorporate at least one portion of veggies per meal, sanayan lang yan :)
