Pweding pwedi po. Yan po recommended ni OB para lumambot ang poop. Since week 20 po araw araw akong nagpapapaya, 29 weeks pregnant na ako.
In moderation momshie wag lang araw araw siguro yan fruit kasi na yan listed foods to avoid during pregnancy .
Ok lang po yung hinog. At nakakatulong po talaga yan para makapoop lalo na pag constipated.
pwede po ang hinog bawal po yung unripe kasi it can cause contraction ☺
Unripe papaya bawal po. Ripe papayas po okay lang po but in moderation.
Pwedeng-pwede naman po mommy. Huwag lang ang hilaw.
